FSR owns and manages the Special Employment Center “Dédalo”, created in 2005, whose main goal is to work for the improvement in the quality of life of people with mental illness, by means of actions such as workshops to train socio-labor skills through art, sewing and tailoring and elaboration of handicrafts and all kind of products related to decoration and accessories.

Dédalo gives people with disabilities the opportunity to realize a productive and remunerated job, adapted to their personal characteristics and that helps their integration in the ordinary labor market.

 

The result of this work is sold at local fairs, events and through Dédalo´s online shop. All production, distribution and sales relations are based on solidarity and do not pursue profit. The funds raised are invested to keep working for the social and labor inclusion of this group.
