WHO ARE WE?
MORE THAN 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
The Sorapán de Rieros Foundation is a private non-profit institution whose mission is to increase the quality of life of people in risk of exclusion, with particular emphasis on people with mental illness.
We develop two main lines of action: a labour one, where we work towards the socio-labour inclusion of our target groups; and a therapeutical one, where we develop preventive and interventional programs, focusing on different age groups, from young to the elderly.

Sorapán's work focused on health, being a valuable representative of preventive medicine and health education in his time (15th & 16th centuries).
He had a unique style to disseminate his knowledge about health, using traditional sayings and proverbs as main channel.
